Argentine Policy of Nationality

Argentina is a typical immigration country, and its citizens are mainly descendants of Spain and Italy, so its policy of nationality is not as strict as other countries. Argentina recognizes dual nationality and has singed a dual nationality agreement with Spain, Italy, Philippines and other countries. All children born in Argentina can naturally gain the Argentine nationality.

Information about Argentine Visa

Argentina signed Diplomatic/Service Visa Abolition Agreement with China; therefore, Chinese diplomatic or service passport holders can enter Argentina without a visa and stay there for not more than 30 days. But they make strict regulations for Chinese ordinary passport holders. They are required to prepare the following documents: valid passport, filled-in visa application form, one passport photo, round air ticket, certificate of economic status and invitation letter.
